Susan's right on Kaneko; good amenities (including air conditioning, a balcony and it's own cafeteria) but nighttime train noise is a reality.

My son just finished his second year and was in Lausanne, which was very comfortable and relatively spacious. It's an older building so the walls are thick and the ceilings are high. The rooms even have (small) walk-in closets. The campus is small enough that any dorm is within a 5-10 minute walk. Good luck with your decision!
